This means that the seller will bear the delivery cost within china! However do not confuse this 快递 with our shipping cost as 快递 refers to delivery from the seller to my delivery company in China, where they will consolidate all the items and ship in to Singapore, which is the one that everyone will be paying at $10/KG.
